Here is the easiest way to see if your ActiveX is installed. Go to
PC Pitstop and you will be prompted to download something. This is one of my favorite PC sites so you don't have to worry about accepting the download.
It will then tell you if you have it installed. If you don't, it will prompt you as to what to do next.
