Fed Govt is closed mainly due to the side roads not being completely plowed. The Metro/MARC/VRE/Metrobus is also still on a limited schedule. Even some of the main arteries are missing lanes and still a little snow covered. If they had Liberal Leave policy today, the gridlock would probably have been insane.

Now with another 12-18 hitting tonight and tomorrow, the Fed Govt will probably be closed Wed also. They are really in a bind. They really need to get back to work soon. To make it worse, we are approaching a 3 day weekend!
