It appears to be "introduction time", so here goes:

Who Are We?

He: 62, semi-retired oncologist, curious, appropriately humble, wanderlusted and driven by sunsandwetblue. Lived in too many places (Chicago, NYC, Mexico, Saudi Arabia to name a few). Thrives on discovery and serendipity. Hobbies are jazz, fishing (marlin), flying, astronomy and thinking/reading. Tallish, gregarous and damnably opionated.

She: 52, interior decorator, also wanderlusted, SW Floridian, also gregarious but non-opionated and a learner-experiencer.

We: Live in SW FL. Travel insatiably. Cruise a lot (but never enough). Cruise preferences would be Seabourn, X, HAL (sadly now part of their demographic), SeaDream/Seagodess.

Goal: Find a small ship cruiseline willing to agree to up-front money from us, at decent per diem, for a guaranteed number of cruising days. Minimal advance notice by us...guaranteed accommodations (cabin "quality" incidental) by them. Meet interesting people (experiences, thoughts and conversation) and cruise until the lights are turned out.
