714) 781-DINE is your best bet to get a reservation in Disney. Napolini is the only "Italian" restaurant but I would expect that Catal and Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney ,or even Storytellers Cafe in the Grand Californian Hotel will all have pasta dishes on their menus.There is also a House of Blues restauarnt and a New Orleans/Cajun themed place that I cant recall the name of, all within minutes of your hotel.
