Priscilla, it is a fantastic excursion. There is a lot of walking in the Alhambra itself. You then need to walk (I wouldn't call it hiking) a few blocks to the restaurant.
This was $200 plus three years ago; since the dollar has gone down, it could be much more expensive now.
