WOW!! What a great birthday surprise!!! Needless to say, there are a gazillion wonderful restaurants. One (of my many!) favorites is called Chez Andre. It's almost around the corner from the George V Hotel, just a few blocks from the Champs. What makes it special is that the food is sensational, the sevice is superb, it's a casual charming bistro with prices that (especially in that neighborhood!) won't knock you over.
