Hong Kong is one of the most exciting cities we have visited. Don't forget to take a ferry ride across the harbour, to visit Victoria Peak, and just explore the back streets...so thrilling. Yu restaurant at the Regent hotel, right in front of the Peninsula, is a fabulous fish restaurant with the best view of the laser light show. Reserve early and ask for a window table, just amazing.
