Masaki: Desserts were also very good although I found them somewhat limiting. We had the thyical soufle, but this one was done with an orange sauce which was very good. In general there wasn't a lot of choices at dessert. I'm a big ice cream nut and I could tell that they use Eddy's (Dryer's on the west coast). After talking with Sylke, she said that all of the RSSC ships buy their ice cream. While Eddy's is very good it still is not the same as many who make their own.
