Okay, nothin' like the last minute...I think I am going to book a room (or ruuuuum as Suzanne would call it). What kinds of suites has everyone booked, and what are the rates you got? Is there any special place to get a better rate? I checked availability, and it says that there is a Venetian Luxury Suite at $269, a Ventian Piazza Suite and at $569 and a Venetian Prima Suite at $619. Those seem to be the only ones available. Any thoughts?? OH, and whoever is doing reservations, please add one to mine on Friday night for dinner.

Try Expedia. The rate averages $249 for Fri and Sat night for the standard suite. I have a Rialto Suite and I will see you at it on Friday. Use the House Phone and ask for Todd Riley.

What happened to the special rate? We got a Terrazo suite (@800 sq ft) with a balcony in the new tower for @ $230/night.

HOLY COW....yikes...well I am NOT the smart consumer here! I got the "entry level" suite :D in the "old" building and it is $269 a night!! Maybe it's because I waited until the last minute??

Unfortunately, the time limit to get the pre-paid rates for next weekend is gone. Gil was denied it on Monday so I called and after lots of going round and round with Anitra was BARELY able to get a pre-paid rate for Gil and Carole. Unfortunately, Sheri's room request just came in too late! I was afraid of that.

I usually do everything yesterday, so I'm not used to these penalties for being last minute! :( Ah, c'est la vie....it's only money...you can't take it with ya!! ;)

Sheri, I think alot of us got the "standard" suite in the old tower and they put us all on the same floor, or so I was told when I called.

Sheri you can stay with Ken and I we really dont mind at all. We have one of the big suites like Todd, could not resist as it was not that much more. Plenty of room for all us I really mean it.

Sheri, Orbitz.com shows April 9th as $259...$10 cheaper than what you quoted. Every little bit helps!
