We are staying a couple of nights in Barcelona after the NYC to Barcelona crossing in April. It will be our first time visiting Barcelona. Looking for recommendations for hotels that would be in a good location for seeing the major attractions. Thanks!

My daughter Cindy found a little boutique place she just loved in Barcelona in a great location.
She is in the Suez Canal right now and has been in the Red Sea for the last week or so and the only way out was the Suez Canal. I am just happy that she is out of the Red Sea and on her way to the Athens.
I will ask her to let me know what that place was and will email you the details.

Turns out that the hotel Cindy found is in Lisbon. (LOL) So, I'm still open to ideas for hotels in Barcelona.

We've cruised from Barcelona twice and stayed at the Majestic and the Sofia, both very nice but prefer the Majestic's ambience, rooftop tapas & location on Passeig de Gracia ð
