This is not the best playing game of solitaire online, but it does have, arguably, the best deck of cards for solitaire.

https://bigdogfoto.com/bdgames/solitaire/?deck=klt

Note that card assignment is random. One day you could be a king or queen, and the next game you could be a deuce. Or, since there are more than 52 images available, you may sit out a game once in awhile.

Keep in mind that the game plays by clicking only - there is no drag and drop. Your first click will highlight the card or stack with a pink background, and then your second click should be where you want it moved. There are only two auto-play rules: 1) it doesn't matter where you click on the home piles (upper-right), and 2) it will finish the game once there are no under cards and only one card in the discard stack.

If there is an image you want me to add or replace, just post it here, and I'd be glad to do that.

Love the cards David which I could actually have a REAL pack of those to play HEARTS on the ship. Fantastic you found all those pictures.

Congrats! I don't know what percentage of Klondike Solitaire games are winnable, but I often have long dry spells. There are five winner splash screens, and I don't remember ever getting to the third one.

The code is from 2007 - I know it says 2009 at the bottom, but that's just when I changed it from straight HTML to PHP. It was pretty much just an exercise for when I was teaching myself how to code on the Internet.

If you get tired of the KLT deck, just remove "?deck=klt" and you can play with the default deck - 52 dogs, some stock photos, but mostly dogs that I know and had their images. And if anyone wants to send me 52 images of their family or whatever, I'd be happy to turn them into a new deck.

Here's another one-person game to pass the time until your next cruise:

https://bigdogfoto.com/bdgames/words/

There is a scrabble mode, if that's your thing, but whatever options you chose, the strategy for a high score is very different from scrabble. You'll get the most points building on words - play "DIE" before you play "DIET." (Oh no, I used the "D" word!.)

Your completed games will get archived. So if you need a goal to get you to play, try to beat 689 points in scrabble mode:

.. or 566 points Words with Dogs:

I've enjoyed this solitaire game. Love seeing the familiar and friendly faces. I've won a couple games, but also had a couple games without a single move sad. Either way it's fun.
