Cindy, Laura’s hat not Linda’s but you can just see the top of her hat. Actually, I was asking why Linda was not wearing a hat! Silly girl. David in front and Linda (with hat) the others are too hard to make out. So Cindy Linda does wear a hat on occasion.

Day of departure. I love saying “hello” but hate saying “goodbye”. Been a great trip, wonderful group, good weather and some great landings. I really love the Silver Cloud just an outstanding product for an expedition ship. I am sure the Silver Wind will be just as good. Definitely coming on the Silver Wind or Silver Cloud again. Not sure which itinerary yet and it will not be until 2022 as my schedule is jam packed - but I will be back.

Ngaire, please let us know when Ken's photos are posted and how we can access them. They are always the BEST! Are they all on the Pinterest link above or are some on Smugmug?
Many thanks to both of you for a trip of a lifetime! As you said, wonderful group, good weather and great landings! We will remember it forever!

Return was brutal. Our flight from Santiago to DFW was cancelled, so we had to wait till the next day to get a flight out. So I got home and was in the office 10 hours later, not the ideal plan, but it was a spectacular trip. I won’t be back to Antarctica again till after retirement though, due to all the issues.
