There is a BBC production on the Regent Explorer - four episodes on BBC Channel 5, Friday nights at 9.00 pm. First one aired last week and we will be in London on Friday night to see the second one.

http://www.travelweekly.co.uk/articles/340462/regent-seven-seas-to-feature-in-channel-5-documentary

John Barron was the primary focus of the first show. I was told it was uploaded to Utube and someone said you can access it via Facebook. I cannot access utube from the ship. If you search for John Barron Regent Explorer maybe you can find it.

Cindy, my daughter and her husband Mark were on the Explorer when this was filmed in May. Mark was in one clip and had to sign a waiver.

No plans yet for airing in the USA but hopefully it will happen.

Since we here in the US can't watch it, I logged into a UK server thru my VPN and was able to record it. I posted it on the RSSC Social Club Facebook page. You can see it here: RSSC Explorer - Part 1

And here is a link for those of you who may not do Facebook: Explorer Part 1

Watched the first part on Facebook. Thank you so much for posting. Any chance you will be able to post the remainder?

Cindy I was able to download it from the non Facebook link. Then we were able to watch it easily on the ship. Otherwise it would work for a few seconds then stop then another wait for the next few seconds.

Tried emailing my download to others but it was too big. Thank you so much loved seeing it.

You do a lot of great things for LCT members from the pin collection posting this video.

THANK YOU SO MUCH WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU.

Got the second one recorded. There are a couple of sound hiccups, so if you loose sound, just hang in there and it will eventually come back!

Here is the Facebook link to the second video:

Thanks Cindy. I know everyone will appreciate this effort on your part.

We are in London and saw it on TV. My daughter and son in law were on the ship when the filming was done and shown playing baggo with the offices. She has long red hair and her husband was shown throwing the bag. That was a surprise.

I like this one maybe more than the first one. The segment at the sheep farm was good.

Cindy, we really appreciate your efforts in posting this series. We are scheduled for the Splendor in March. We have not been on the Explorer so this is our chance at a preview of our Mach cruise. Again, thank you for the preview.

Posting so this so it shows up in active threads. People are asking me where to find the link but I will get that figured out so it stays visible forever.

I have watched it, thanks so much, Cindy! I love John Barron, we sailed on Navigator once with him before he had any gray hairs at all. He was an absolute delight.

Yeah just watched number 3. Thank you.

They are doing a really great job on the video. My favorite so far in number two with the ladies, John and the sheep! Once this is completed I want to put a STICKY NOTE and will copy all the links you gave us so in the future people can find this easily. It is timeless really and fun to watch. Kudo to YOU of course.

A big thank you to Cindy! Alice and I watched them last night. I'm very excited that the first time I will be on a ship on my birthday will be the Explorer. It will be our first time on that ship.

Hi guys - here is the last episode. Sorry the sound is so bad, but I could n't make it any better. Trying to bootleg onto the British server creates some challenges with the download quality!
