Ricky Ballinger
This is our first time sailing with him as F&B; he was Assistant on Kangaroo. Besides great training of the crew, I like his style. Local wine, beer, and spirits brought on throughout the cruise Then, he brings on plenty of local meat, too. We have had emu, kangaroo, crocodile, water buffalo, and camel on this trip. To top it off, tonight was probably the best deck bbq I have ever experienced including all the aforementioned meats. Camel was ok but all five of my grilled lobster tails were perfectly grilled.
Ricky definitely the best I’ve met.
