Karen, Why don't you set up a LCT facebook group. You control who can belong and you could limit it to registered LCT members as a control. Posting photos on LCT is way too slow and expensive when we have to pay for internet. Even with free internet it takes an inordinate amount of time to post photos. Posting photos on Facebook is easy & quick, even on ships. Several of us discussed the idea on the Azamara crossing and agreed it would be a great way to share our photos with everyone. Jim

That's a great idea. One thing to consider... Let's say Tom wants to post pictures to his wall for his other friends and family, he would have to post them twice. Once to his wall and again to the LCT page.
If that is no big deal to the picture submitters then the other bugger might be that not all LCT members are on Facebook. If you aren't a facebook member and we link to the LCT FB page, can the nonmembers view the page?
If Ken is reading this, what would it involve to have our own picture storage ability like Facebook and Cruise Critic has? I am talking about being able to click a button on the message, choose a photo from your computer and upload it right to your LCT message. Is it even possible to add storage to LCT?

Normally, if Tom posted to the LCT Facebook, it would automatically appear on his wall. Even if not everyone is on Facebook, enough of us are to use it on cruises. Tom & Ken, what do you guys think?

Jim, if you aren't a member of a private facebook page like LCT and Tom posts it on LCT facebook page, I don't think his non LCT friends will see the pictures on his wall. It wouldn't be very private page if non members could see the pix!

Karen, I'm on a private Facebook page for the 100th Bomb Group (a WWII organization I'm involved with) and all of my postings on that group show up on my normal Facebook page, but nothing else follows, so Tom could post on LCT and it would also be on his wall, but none of the other posts would show. I agree completely! There would be much more interaction if there was a FB page. So many LCTer's are on Instagram & FB. I believe John talked to Ngaire about this years ago, can't remember why it didn't happen though.

Another vote for FB. My FB friends enjoyed several pictures I posted during Zebra but none got to LCT.
