And why in the world didn't they have those pools and hot tubs already drained? They knew this was coming!! Water was just pouring down that elevator shaft!

Ok, that is just crazy. The pools should have been drained, and the outdoor areas would have been closed to passengers on Regent.

Holy cow, I've never seen a downpour like that on a major cruise ship! Must have been quite frightening, especially for the children. Fortunately it all turned out all right.
