Looking forward to meeting everyone at HEE HAW . Thought I would post some pics of the Big Blue smoker I will be cooking on for the event. This smoker was delivered to me mid April. Was a project that took close to a year from beginning to end to complete. Have only cooked on it a few times but seems to do a great job. Working hard on getting it street legal. Lots of hoops to jump through. Let me know what you think. Really looking forward to inviting everyone into my house and having a great weekend. You cant go wrong with BBQ, Golf and friends. Thanks For Looking Clay Keene

That is what I would call a serious B Que set up. Really looking forward to sampling the fine B Que that I am sure it will produce. Hee Haw should be one great weekend. Brayden and I are looking forward to meeting all.

Oh my gosh! We are really in for a treat!
Ralph, I didn't realize Braden was attending too. It will be great to see him again!
Clay, with a set up like that we'll have big expectations. How much can you cook at one time?

omg!!!! Clay, when my kids were little, there was a great guy(dad) in our school, born in NC who would offer up a BBQ party at our little school spring auction. We needed everything we could gather to make that school viable, and our auction was the big deal. Every year, we would end in a bidding war with one other family, and we always won it, because it was so much fun!!!! But my oh my, that thing he brought the night before, to start early in the a.m. roasting that pig, looked NOTHING like that!! It was something he unloaded from his pick-up truck as I remember. It had a round cover, but not all that stuff you have.
Now, will you have that "other" stuff they call white lightning or similar? I think that was a big draw. Everyone remembered it from their college years in the late 60's, early 70's. Illegal, but very definitely liquid. What do they call it? Moonshine just not the name I remember. It was clear and white.

Thanks for all the comments. Look forward to meeting everyone and putting faces with the names.
The smoker has a very large capacity. You can put about 54 full size briskets on at one time. You can figure about 12 people per brisket. I think we will be in good shape for HEE HAW. I hope all my BBQ meets expectations.
Ralph have heard alot of great stuff from Ngaire about Brayden and look forward to meeting him.
Really looking forward to Hee Haw

Small prize to the one who shoots the best score to handicap..... I like that but it sure throws me out of the "liars club"
Well I'll dream up something and send it to you in private.
Looking forward to meeting you!
Cheers! Ray
