We had not way of watching the game but one of the fella kept signing on to the internet to check the scores - he's from Arizona...so after the third quarter he gave up...we must have missed a good one!

One of the best Super Bowls EVER. THe populace here was largely backing the Steelers so they'll be smiling today. Congrats to all the Steeler fans here. - and Springsteen fans. He and the Band put on quite a show!
The play of the game IMHO was James Harrison picking off Warner and beating the defense with a 100 yard return run. When's the last time a BIG linebacker could beat safeties in a foot race?
Pleasure, Anne

Anne, I'm thinking of getting tickets for Springsteen's upcoming concert tour, given the show last night. We've never seen him live.

What a game, indeed - most exciting Superbowl in years. I was pulling for the Cardinals - what an amazing feat to even MAKE the Superbowl, no one would have thought it. I wonder what the odds were in Vegas at the beginning of the season!? Wow.
Congrats to all you Steeler fans!!!

As everyone said, it was a good game, but the last 5 minutes were totally amazing!!!! I could barely stand it. I am sorry someone had to lose, but I am thrilled that PIT won. I loved Springsteen, and his enthusiasm, but he sure can't sing anymore (not that he was a great singer), but he still delivers a song. Lynn

Yep really a cliff hanger and a very exciting ending!!
Yep, Springsteen cannot sing, I'm not sure he ever could - it just sounded to me like he was standing up there screaming into the mic! IMHO! Sorry if I offended any Springsteen fans. My daughter would go nuts at me saying that, she thinks he walks on water, and she is almost 40.

You are soooo right. I went to a Springsteen concert in San Francisco a few years ago with daughter Jennifer. Her friend had to cancel suddenly & she had the ticket. The place was packed, and all he did was scream. Most people loved it! I bet he has a new album coming out and wants publicity. ................................... Susan

Ditto what everyone says about Bruce. I get a kick out of Stevie Van Zandt, though!

I don't normally watch professional football games but this one was fantastic.
I agree with Anne's opinion of the best play of the game.
Halftime is the only part I did not hear since that is when we had our weekly phone call from our daughter. So I can't weigh in on Bruce Springsteen's singing or screaming.
My favorite commercial of the first half made the top ten list, coming in at #3 - Horse Love by Budwiser. My favorite of the second half was in the 3rd quarter and it was not on the top ten list. It was by Monster.com with the moose. I think that is hysterical.
