Yes, but waitlisting is available.

I am SERIOUSLY thinking of doing another group right before the original group. I will escort and be along on both trips.

Basically the same itinerary but I am looking at pricing it with 3- 4 days in Cape Town at Ellerman House - then without the Rovos rail but two days in the wine country instead at the property Sante, which is fabulous and maybe just 3 days in Singita. This could drop the price quite a bit and make it more affordable for those on the fence. Tiffany is in the process of pulling that together for me right now. We can also add the extension to Victoria Falls if anyone wants that too although I may not be able to do that as well. Pretty sure I will do this and without having to worry about the timing of the Rovos Rail I can work it out to where I am with both groups 100% of the time. Fitting in Rovos rail is a problem.

So remember those pictures and start thinking about it.

Once I get the pricing back I will post the program. Then those on the waitlist will be able to go to South Africa if the like the new program.

I didn't go to the ROAR presentation on MINT since I knew I wasn't going - why torture myself! :(

But now, who knows

Thank you all for the good wishes. And I meant it regarding the 1st baby luau. :) Expect the invites in about ... oh ... a year and a half.

Gil - I actually rather like your new avatar myself. Good choice, Arlene!

Ngaire - lower cost ROAR? Hmmmm ... might need to go back on the waiting list.

Thanks for all the happy thoughts everyone! OK, who else but me thinks Masaki is being a little optimistic on a lower cost ROAR with a baby on the way? :)

PS: We're planning on telling the grabndparents to be the good news tonight at dinner. LCTers found out first!

MarnaLou - she's doing OK, thanks for asking. The fatigue continues and she falls asleep at a drop of a hat (it seems like every time I turn around she's fallen asleep again). Then again, so do I so maybe it's post-cruise depression instead. :)

I think I'll make it the official name of this syndrome and see if I can get it listed in the DSM-V!

Post-cruise depression - syndrome that affects RSSC cruisers after getting off the ship. Symptoms include feelings of fatigue, depression, hopelessness, inability to do laundry, and leaving the luggage out since it's too painful to put them away as it would mean that the cruise is finally over. Treatment is symptomatic and ultimately involves booking another RSSC cruise as soon as possible, preferably one with a lot of LCTers onboard. Prognosis is usually fair with proper treatment administered as soon as possible. Preventative therapy involves not getting off the ship which unfortunately is not usually a covered benefit under most HMOs.
