We have used Luggage Free for the last six or eight trips to Europe and Asia and have had nothing but wonderful service. On the other hand we used Luggage Concierge to Hong Kong, before we started to use Luggage Free. Upon arrival at the Hotel our bags were brought up to the room. When I opened my bag, most of my clothing and shoes were missing....They refused to do anything to cover the theft. I wouldn't let this dampen our trip. After I got over the shock of seeing a empty suitcase, I had a great time replacing a few things as Hong Kong is a fun shopping city, submitted my bills to Luggage Concierge, NOTHING!!!
